Guest Instructors at Marfa enjoy many benefits and our year-round soaring weather.  

We especially welcome the "new" CFIG so we can share contemporary teaching techniques, specifically the procedures developed by the Soaring Safety Foundation.  

Guest instructors may renew their CFI Certificate or bring students to Marfa to finish their glider rating and accomplish a Practical Test (checkride) with FAA Designated Pilot Examiner Burt Compton.
